Stephen Rowe

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with an MSW from UNC-Charlotte, and I work with individuals and small groups of adults. In addition to being a social worker, I am also a minister, entrepreneur, and artist. I draw on each of these roles to support the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing of my clients. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they discover creative solutions to persistent challenges, gain deeper insight into their lives and values, and put skills and habits into practice that enhance their quality of life and relationships.

My clinical approach is person-centered, spiritually integrated, and solutions-focused. I ground my work in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and practices that foster connection with the natural environment.

I primarily work with adults, and I have particular experience supporting college students, emerging adults, and new dads. The clinical areas I focus on include anxiety, burnout, adjustment issues, men’s issues, religious trauma, and life transitions
