Invest in Your Future. Learn with Intention. *

At Intentional Steps Counseling Services, PLLC, we believe your practicum experience should be one of the most transformative parts of your professional journey—not simply a requirement to complete.

Our internship program is intentionally designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world practice through mentorship, clinical experiences, reflective supervision, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement. We are committed to helping students become confident, ethical, culturally responsive professionals who are prepared to make a lasting impact.

Whether you are completing your Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) practicum, you will be welcomed as a valued member of our team and encouraged to actively contribute to the work we do every day.

At Intentional Steps, you won't just complete hours—you'll build a foundation for your career
