  • Private Pay Rates

    If you’re not using insurance, the following rates apply:

    Standard Therapist Rates:

    Intake: $160

    50–60 Minute Session: $145

    Founder Rate (Dr. Sherronda Banks):

    Intake: $190

    50–60 Minute Session: $175

    We offer benefit checks and are happy to help you understand your coverage before your first session.

  • Out-of-Network Reimbursement

    Not in-network? No problem. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

  • Payment Methods

    Payment is due at the beginning of each session unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

    MasterCard, Visa, Discover

    HSA/FSA cards

    Cash or check

  • Cancellation Policy

    Life happens—but communication matters. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Documentation & Legal Fees

    We provide professional documentation as needed for work, legal matters, and other official requests. Fees apply as follows:

    Court Appearance:

    $350 first hour, $150 each additional hour

    Court-Related Phone Calls: $100/hour

    Court Summaries/Documentation: $200

    Employment/FMLA/STD/Accommodation Forms: $140

    Note: Completion of employment or legal documentation requires a minimum of 6 sessions.
