I recently retired from Meck Pre-K, where I helped lead efforts to inspire and nurture youth through the arts, academics, and personal development. My professional background also includes over a decade of experience as an administrative and financial secretary for two daycare centers and various youth programs, where I demonstrated strong organizational and fiscal management skills.

In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have been a devoted servant in my local church for the past 30 years, actively supporting ministries and community outreach initiatives. My lifelong commitment to education, youth development, and community service continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve.

I am a dedicated and committed professional embarking on an exciting new career alongside my daughter, Dr. Sherronda Banks, at Intentional Step Services, PLLC. I bring a wealth of experience and am eager to further expand my knowledge in managing both the credentialing process and payroll operations.
