Erma Mason, MSW, LCSWA
Clinical Social Worker Therapist
With over 30 years of experience in human services and clinical social work, I bring a seasoned, compassionate approach to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I hold a master’s degree in social work from Norfolk State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the state of North Carolina.
My therapeutic work is grounded in Strengths-Based Therapy, which means I help clients identify and build on their own resilience, capabilities, and inner resources. Whether you’re facing relationship difficulties, emotional distress, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and self-discovery can take root.
I specialize in working with single adults and couples, guiding them toward deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, and empowered decision-making. Clients often describe my style as warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of their unique life experiences.
Together, we’ll work to identify what’s working, explore new possibilities, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
