Crystal Rackley is an experienced License Clinical Mental Health Associate Social Worker with 14 years in the field. She has experience working in health education, maternal health, and child welfare. She is passionate about helping clients find balance between your spiritual and mental health. With a deep passion for supporting families during the perinatal and postpartum periods, Crystal is dedicated to educating and empowering clients she works with. As a strong advocate for families in need, Crystal helps clients navigate their mental, physical, and emotional well-being with a compassionate approach. Drawing from both personal and professional experiences, Crystal provides valuable resources to those in her care. She is a certified Postpartum Doula with DONA International. She is the North Carolina Public Health Association – Social Work Chair for the 2026-2027 year. She is also trained in Lamaze instructing and parental mood disorders.
